How do I determine my correct size in Meermin shoes?
Most of our shoes are made on UK lasts. We generally recommend sizing down one full size from your standard US size. Please refer to our detailed size guide on each product page for specific last measurements.
What is the difference between Goodyear Welted and Handwelted construction?
Goodyear Welted shoes use a machine to stitch the welt, offering great durability and water resistance. Handwelted construction is a more artisanal process where the welt is stitched by hand directly to the insole, providing superior flexibility and a closer fit.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Orders are typically dispatched from our warehouses in Spain or the US depending on your location and stock availability. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy for footwear?
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery, provided the shoes are in unworn, pristine condition and in their original packaging. We recommend trying your shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid scratching the leather soles.
How should I care for my leather shoes?
To prolong the life of your shoes, we recommend using cedar shoe trees after every wear, applying a high-quality cream or wax polish regularly, and allowing at least 24 hours between wears to let the leather breathe.
Can Meermin shoes be resoled?
Absolutely. Because our shoes feature Goodyear Welted or Handwelted construction, they are designed to be fully resoled by any competent cobbler once the original sole has worn down.
