We want you to be fully satisfied with your Meermin shoes; therefore, we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn and unaltered items in their original packaging. Please ensure footwear is tried on a carpeted surface to avoid scuffing the leather outsoles.

Return Process

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn shoes in their original dust bags and box, ensuring all protective packaging is included to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping carton.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt; refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
